Bowl Turning 101 Class, Full Day

Learn to turn a bowl. Full Day Class.

Beginners to Intermediate. Students are first introduced to the lathe, learn safety practices, and discuss bowl turning. Everything from selecting wood, different ways to safely hold pieces, as well as proper cutting techniques and successful shapes. For the full day class we will continue making as many bowls as possible with the addition of finishing a bowl. We will be turning wet and dry wood. All supplies are included.
